On booking the Villa, a 50% deposit will be required, and the balance of the booking must be paid up to 56 days before the commencement date of the booking.
Cancellation terms:
8 weeks prior to commencement of booking: Deposit plus 20% of balance.
6 weeks prior to commencement of booking: Deposit plus 40% of balance.
4 weeks prior to commencement of booking: Deposit plus 60% of balance.
2 weeks prior to commencement of booking: Deposit plus 80% of balance.
1 week prior to commencement of booking: Deposit plus 100% of balance.
